Tried Jack's car wash for the first time this morning. Was greeted by the owner, Mike, who gave me an overview of how their wash bays worked. So much better than Rio Car wash! My van was very clean when I exited the bays and thanks to the super suction vacuums, all of my lab Snicker;s hair, is out of my van as well. They even have rags that you can use to dust off the dash board, clean door jams, etc... I will definitely return! Thanks so much Mike!
So if you have not visited Jack's Car Wash yet I highly recommend you do! We went there to was the suburban! We were very pleased with how it turned out! We were also pleased with the cost! My surburban was shining! Not only did we get a great wash, we were greeted by one of the owners! We talked with her for an hour or so! Go check them out! You won't be disappointed!
Definitely the best car wash around Fredericksburg area! Blows Rio right out of the water!! Jack's provides rags and high powered vacuums. AND your car comes out squeaky clean unlike Rio where you have to go through twice to get it clean. Best part is, it's VETERAN OWNED!!!
Went there my first time last Saturday. Was greeted by the guy working there. It was a great experience. He explained everything to me and even helped me dry my truck once I was done inside. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I was also told about their app which I will be downloading to use for my next visit.
I'm big on car washes.....I went through just to try it out and was amazed at how well this car wash does. Many times you go through other comparable car washed and when everything dries you see spots that were missed but not at Jacks and I have been there probably 10 times. The staff/family is the best I love supporting any local business but a military owned business just makes it better. Try Jacks you will not be disappointed and free vacuums are awesome too!!!
I've been going here ever since they opened and it's the best car wash I've ever been in, and the staff and owners are even better! Every time I go it's more than just in and out wash, they take the time to wipe down your car and not only carry on a conversation! Such a happy environment when I go there, not to mention the vacuums are outstanding!
I was impressed by the customer service before I even entered the wash. Very friendly and helpful. My car looked great and the vacuums are incredible. Better than my shop vac and any other car wash in the area. Icing on the cake - the owners are Marine Corps veterans. Support your troops & small business! Keep up the great work, Jack's crew!
Visited for the first time today. I was promptly greeted by the owner. She was a delight and helped me with all I needed. After a quick jaunt through the wash, we pulled around to the vacuums. These vacuums are amazing and convenient. There is one for each side of the vehicle for every spot! This place is top notch!
First time at Jack's carwash and was greeted by the owner and she was fantastic explaining how all works and what to expect, guided us in to line up and my wife's SUV looks great ! Highly recommend! Liked it so much we went with the unlimited.
